Dear Students,
A number of you have been seeking clarification about the final submission of
Assignment 2. 

Please note the following points:


1. Word limit = 2500 - 3500 Maximum (Do not go over the 3500). References are not
included in this limit.


2. You are allowed to tidy up your original submissions.  You
can correct the spelling and grammar errors in your final collated
piece.  However, you are not allowed to make changes to the content.


3. As for the headings, this is an essay format, and so, you should not
use dot points or headings.  This means that you need to delete these
in the final version.


In the first example that we used, in the Hermit Crab, we did not use dot points or
headings, as this was set out like an essay. Sometimes in our model answers, we have
used headings and dot points, but this was because we were trying to point out the
ideas and emphasise what were the strengths and weaknesses for you.  In your initial
6 submissions and postings, if you have put headings, this does not matter, BUT in
the final version, we want you to delete these.


4. You need to put this together as an essay; a brief introduction; a
body (with the 6 text descriptions) and a section which compares and
contrasts these readings as a short conclusion. The comparison and contrast section
can be the conclusion or you can add a short conclusion at the end of this section.

5. Don't forget you need to have a Reference List at the end and are expected to
include in-text references from Hill, and the e-reserve readings, to back up the
points you make.
